Deer Camp is one of my favorite times of the year. I remember my dad going off to enjoy the time when I was a young boy and I love doing it myself nowadays. Whitetail deer hunting is one of the outdoor pursuits that has shaped me as an outdoorsman and person. The woods can teach many things. This year was an unusually successful opening day for us and we are very thankful for all the excellent meat.
